Haldiram’s faced a significant challenge in enhancing the effectiveness of their Field Executives and Field Officers.
The company needed to develop a comprehensive training program that would guide their sales team through the entire sales call process, from preparation to closure. This step-by-step training was essential to ensure the sales team’s success in meeting their KPIs to maximize market share.
How we solved
With thorough research and analysis, we helped Haldiram’s elevate their sales call process by developing a comprehensive multimedia-based training module titled “Sales Ka Sikandar” (Sales Champion).
Leveraging Ideapt’s 4D methodology, we created tailored video content focusing on essential sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and product knowledge for their sales team. To reach their wider learner base across India, this curriculum was also developed in regional languages like Tamil, Malayalam, Gujarati, Oriya, etc.
