Challenge

ITC’s Wholesale Distributors (WD) onboard new Distributor Salesmen (DS) all the time. These DSs serve as the face of the company, bridging the gap between the company and the market. The objective was to impart knowledge to the new joinees about the product the company deals with, the working procedure, and how they will benefit from the same.

How we solved

To address the challenge of effectively onboarding new DSs at ITC’ WD and enhancing their retention levels, we conducted in-depth research to understand the specific challenges and requirements of DSs in the market and developed a comprehensive multimedia-based learning curriculum that covers essential trade knowledge and daily operational tasks. This curriculum was also developed in regional languages to reach a broader audience.
