How we solved
Learning is always emotional. At IdeaptDigital, we focus on the emotion of the learners and create engaging and digital learning solutions. Using our 4D methodology, we created a video based new hire orientation program (in association with our Partner 4Fronts) that will help the new joinees to understand the culture of the company, their mission, vision and values, how the employees cultivate themselves while working in the company.
The employees of the organization shared insights and their own experiences at the company. This would help the new joiners to have a real life understanding that what is expected of them after they join the organization.
